Fairway Residential Teams Up With Southeast Capital Partners To Assure Success for The Gramercy Townhomes at Perimeter Place!

Fairway Residential has stepped up to partner with Southeast Capital Partners to eliminate the debt on the property, enabling the home prices to be brought down within reach of the consumer, thus removing the threat of Bank Action due to non performance on the original note.
